The venture/s would include joint ventures with clients/NRIs to purchase, develop, and sell their properties on a selective basis. NUGGET has two on going projects in and around Hyderabad. “Belvedere” is a luxury apartment building. This residential building has a unique life style concept of providing semi-furnished apartments of top quality that are in a move in condition. These apartments have tremendous investment potential.

Due to its location near the IT hub of the city, “Belvedere” apartments will be of interest particularly to multi national corporations (MNC). The site is located in a HUDA lay out in Ameenpur (between Miyapur and Chandanagar). This is a fast developing area that is directly approachable to Kondapur, the financial district in Gacchi Bowli, and Hi-tech City.
